Well, I'm from Argentina, and "hermano" means "brother".
But "ese" is "that" or "that one" when you're pointing out something, like "that is my dog". In Spanish it would be "ese es mi perro".
That phrase has no meaning or whatsoever in Spanish by itself, as it doesn't in English. But it may be something like slang in some part of Mexico/South USA. But maybe it's just a mistake. The Spanish, however better that in some other series, is not very good in YJ. Bane and his followers are a good example of Spanish fail.
Haha I know what you mean, I'm from Puerto Rico and just hearing Bane and his gang talk in spanish was just weird.
Now that you mention it I have heard the "ese" frase elsewere and I think it's always linked to Mexicans, so maybe is something they say?

I know! But it happens in all series. Unless some writer/voice actor are Spanish speakers, the Spanish in English series is going to have some fails, but I'm sure it happens with all languages. I've heard complains about Asami's Japanese too, but I don't know :p
It could be some localism, this will require further investigation :p

Anytime!
hermano literally means brother, but it's used like bro.
Sorry, it was already explained, like 3 times.
