As for the wheel chair, it was the joker, but that wasn't in young justice either, so don't know for sure.

Robin raised it at both of them, they both fell to the ground, and then robin quickly put a tiny piece in Superman's uniform (making him unable to get back up) then he kept the rest away. And only then, did Superboy stand up.
