Doctor Fate, Zatanna and her students arrived in Agra in search of Child. They found a pillar of fire near the Taj Mahal and the city frozen by a blizzard. With no other heroes yet there, Thirteen wanted to stay and help, but Zatanna insisted the group move on in pursuit of Child.
Later, Black Lightning, Superman, Nightwing and Garth arrived to help. After the frozen populace had been thawed and the pillar extinguished, Superman suggested the creation of an official Justice League reserve system to help deal with such major crises.[1]
