Al-Qawiya,[1] also transliterated as Al-Qawiyah, is the capital city of Bialya and home to the Royal Palace.[2]

On or just after November 17, Queen Bee gave an address at the Royal Palace accepting Rumaan Harjavti's invitation to unite Bialya and Qurac under her leadership.[2]

Jaqqar Marlo left a club and was swiftly assassinated by Black Spider[1] and Terra.[3]

A meta-human fight club and auction was held at an abandoned mall also used as a hub for meta-humans gathered using Goode Goggles. Nightwing's team infiltrated the auction and rescued all the metas, including Terra.[4]
