Phantom Girl is revealed to have been transported into a strange dimension alongside Superboy, but has fallen into a coma, as seen in "Nautical Twilight". The dimension is revealed to be the Phantom Zone in "Beyond the Grip of the Gods!". In "Ebb Tide", Saturn Girl and Chameleon Boy tell Superman that they believed Phantom Girl to be dead and found their Time-Sphere destroyed after the explosion, but were able to convinvce Bio-Ship to ferry them to Earth, where they have been trying to find a way to fix the timeline discreetly. |

In "Zenith and Abyss", the organic component of the Thrall is able to reveal himself; he is actually Danny Chase, a meta-human boy who was trafficked to Apokolips. Desaad extracted his brain and placed it in the device. |
- What did Ma'alefa'ak do to the Ruction Cell?
Mal'alefa'ak traveled back in time with Lor-Zod and Mantis and placed a tracer on the Ruction Cell that is connected to the Kaizer-Thrall, allowing the Thrall to trace the frequency of Metron's Inter-Dimensional Vault in "Forbidden Secrets of Civilizations Past!". |

However, the explosion, the pain of the burning lava and his body's high denisty resulted in them getting stuck in the Phantom Zone and left Phantom Girl comatose. |
- Why does Zatanna need the school bus?
In "Ego and Superego", Zatanna is able to use the reconstructed bus to create a portal to the Phantom Zone, since it had already been there while under Klarion's control. |
- Why does Lor-Zod still want the Kaizer-Thrall?
The Kaizer-Thrall is able to lock onto transdimensional frequencies, and in "Zenith and Abyss" it is confirmed it was able to get the frequency for the Phantom Zone when the portal was open in "Odyssey of Death!". |
