The Armada was a fleet of alien warships operated by an unknown species under the control of Starro. They approached Earth with two massive groups of Armada warships coordinated by a command ship containing Starro.[1]

At some point, some or all of this unknown species came under the control of a Starro. They launched a massive Armada of ships against Earth.[1]
2018[]

The Armada approached Earth from two different sides of the solar system. The first task force was detected in the Kuiper Belt by Vandal Savage.

Savage confronted the Armada with the Warworld. When the second force was detected on the other side of the system, he called in for help from Apokolips.

Kalibak and a squad of Apokoliptan gunships boom tubed to the second fleet in the Oort Cloud and destroyed them using a meta-human bomb.
Savage then saw one of the aliens that was floating in space from a destroyed ship and saw it was under the control of a Starro. Knowing to look elsewhere, he found a command ship nearby and boom tubed over to kill the Starro, while his daughter and the Warworld destroyed the remaining warships.[1]
