Cissie King-Jones is the heroine Arrowette, an archer associated with Green Arrow. She is a member of the Team and was a member of Batman's new, covert team.

Physical appearance[]

At a young age, Cissie was a slender Caucasian girl with shoulder length blond hair and large brown eyes.[5]

As of 2018, Cissie ties her long hair in a messy ponytail, and her blond hair has become slightly darker. She wears a red mask covering the upper half of her face to her hairline, and extends below her chin. Her uniform covers almost her entire body, and is colored in black and varying shades of red. The logo on Cissie's uniform resembles Artemis' uniform from 2010.[2]

Cissie was being put to bed by her father when he was pulled out of the window by Black Spider. Cissie looked on in horror, as the assassin dropped her father from their apartment window, but his landing was softened by a foam arrow. It was then that Cissie noticed Green Arrow and Artemis on the adjacent rooftop as they shot their arrows at Black Spider. She was happy to see the archers and that her father was all right from the event.[5]

Arrowette and Arsenal took down someone who had followed Artemis to the Royal University library. Onyx revealed herself as a defector from the League of Shadows who had come to warn Artemis that Cassandra Savage was coming to pretend to defect and infiltrate the Team. Savage turned up moments later. Arrowette was skeptical of their stories. Later, Arrowette accompanied Tigress and Savage in a car on the way to the Vault. She noticed a laser sight targeting Savage, and took the hit, a tranquilizer dart. After the Shadows's attack was successfully repelled, a recovered Arrowette joined Terra, Red Arrow and other members of the Team to discuss the two alleged defectors.[11]
