Barda was pleased to see the Justice League had followed the ion trail to the Orphanage, but Granny Goodness was angry and punished Barda for not following her plan. When the Javelin reached the Orphanage, Granny had Barda open fire on it. When a League contingent boarded the station, Barda was elated to be sent with the other Furies to stop them. Barda took on Superman, but not long into the battle, Granny activated her ghosts dimension device, catching the League and the Furies in its radius. Superman carried Barda out of its field, much to her confusion.[2]
