What if the Tara we saw is actually Ma'alefa'ak? Her supposed betrayal seems too straightforward and predictable. Unless he's projecting telepathic waves, Miss Martian shouldn't be able to detect him, right? And as she pointed out in "Rescue Op", Tara's geo-force powers could be replicated with telekinesis and all she did so far was lift rocks. Maybe the YJ pin on Judas Contract is that this isn't Tara at all.
It wouldn’t be the first time Onslaught threw a fight. The search for Tara was concluded so fast it felt almost anticlimactic.
And Malefic was introduced with so much prominence I expect we run into him again sooner or later.
It would also explain why the person in the shadows in Rescue Op (who I presume to be Tara) had glowing red eyes. It's the same way M'gann's eyes are when she uses her telekinesis.
Of course, if the Ma'alefa'ak theory is correct, "Tara" needs to avoid running into M'gann any time soon.
Something about Victor Stone's attitude rubs me the wrong way. His not helping Cisco get bullied by the two jocks, his more selfish desire to play in the NFL, to his problems with his father(yeah his father was being distant putting work before him but I feel like Victor did not see anything unless it is from his pov. I feel like Victor isn't a hero and his personality really needs to change in the second half of season 3 to become a hero.

agreed, he's a bit of a jerk to me in this version

These are the (Teen) Titans.
The Titans have been around since 1964. Starfire didn't join until 1980. Where's Raven? Where's Hawk and Dove? Where's Golden Eagle? Where's Anima? Where's Kole?
Greg and Brandon have 55 years of Titans lore and 80 years of DC lore to adapt into a very limited amount of "canvas", or story space. They made creative decisions. They've obviously seen no reason to include Starfire; either her storyline would be too big or she was too big to waste on trivial background characters like 13 and Arrowette.
Though you never know what the second half of Outsiders brings. Tamaran's got a long history with the Dominion, the Gordanians and a shedload of other planets in the Vega system; those could easily be changed into trouble with Darkseid. Seeing how they shoe-horned Cyborg in, they may do the same for Starfire - or they might just show Myand'r and Luand'r with three young kids. It would fit less bad in the season than Raven would, at any rate.
