A United Nations climate summit was held at the Luthor Grande Hotel. It came under attack by the Bwundan Independence Front. The attack was stopped by the Outsiders, the Team and the Flash, the last having been called in by Lex Luthor. In fact, Luthor had had the B.I.F. infiltrated by the League of Shadows to set up the attack just so he could thwart it, proving his oversight of the Justice League was effective.[1]
