Danuuth used to be a royal guard of Poseidonis and a purist, as well as Ocean-Master's loyal lieutenant.

Physical appearance[]

Danuuth is a pale-skinned humanoid Atlantean with strong facial features and shoulder-length white hair. As a royal guard of Poseidonis, he wore a turquoise and black uniform consisting of an armless tunic with large epaulets, knee-length shorts, and a simple helmet.

History[]

Danuuth is a descendant of the ancient Atlantean Garn Daanuth.[2][3]

After spending about a month with "Ocean-Master", Danuuth realized his memories of events after his imprisonment were very patchy, leading him to believe this was not the real Ocean-Master. And Danuuth left him.[7]

Background information[]

  • Garn Daanuth is a major character in the early Atlantean myths surrounding Arion. The white-skinned, white haired sorcerer was the twin brother and arch enemy of Arion. Young Justice's Danuuth is his descendant.[9]
  • This is the first animated appearance of any version of the character.
