The Democratic Palace was the residence of the President of Qurac in Dhabar.[1]

On November 17, President Rumaan Harjavti gave an address from the palace, inviting Queen Bee tp to rule Qurac and Bialya as one nation. He was under Psimon's thrall. The Bialyan Republican Army was invited into the country, and guarded the palace.

The Team infiltrated the palace and found Harjavti in his office. They were soon confronted by Bialyan soldiers with Apokoliptan weapons. Miss Martian found and confronted Psimon, who taunted M'gann and discovered her true form. Psimon and the Bialyans were ultimately defeated.
The next morning, Miss Martian posed as Queen Bee and attempted to enter the palace in front of the press, only to be refused by Harjavti, who accused her of controlling him. She left swearing revenge. M'gann then snuck back into the palace to rejoin the Team and Harjavti.[1]
