Fox is a middle-age Caucasian female with brown eyes and hair. During her shift at the hospital, Fox wears standard nursing scrubs with her hair tied back into a ponytail.

Fox helped deliver Karen Beecher and Malcolm Duncan's baby girl. Shortly after delivery, the doctor noticed the newborn's blue lips and fingers, signs denoting cyanosis. She implored the new parents to remain claim as she broke the news to them.
As time waned, Fox assisted Beecher in executing a desperate maneuver to save the child's life. Using the size altering ability of her Bumblebee suit, Beecher shrunk herself, which allowed her to enter the child's body through a syringe injected by Fox. Fox via video feed guided Beecher on patching the perforation to the baby's heart. Ultimately, the operation was successful, but before Fox could extract her, Beecher cut the feed.[2]

After a period of radio silence, Beecher reemerged and was reunited with her family. With her job complete, Fox excused herself to allow the new family their privacy. The chaotic turn of events that night had left her completely flummoxed.[2]

- Dr. Evelyn Fox is a doctor who took care of Adam Strange's father. She was accidentally Zeta-Beamed to Rann, where she helped deliver Alanna and Adam's baby, Aleea.
