History[]
On December 7, 2018 Gaby Gabrielli, Antonia Rodriguez and Tommi Tompkins live-streamed the Reach War Bugs attacks on their hometown of Brooklyn and the subsequent debut of the Outsiders, as a public team of young heroes.[1] One month later, several people posted videos in support of the Outsiders and in protest of Lex Luthor's proposed hero registration.[2]
In September 2020, there was an Eyespasm billboard at Planet Circle in Metropolis.[3]
