Infinity, Inc. was a group of young meta-teens assembled by Lex Luthor in an attempt to supplant the Outsiders and the Justice League. After Luthor's involvement was exposed, the group was sent to Markovia to serve King Brion.[1] Rebranded as the Infinitors, the team now works to protect meta-humans. Unbeknownst to Brion, Zviad Baazovi influences the group to his and the Light's ends.[2]

History[]

2019[]

After Lex Luthor's multiple failed attacks on the Outsiders resulted in an increase in their popularity, G. Gordon Godfrey advised Lex Luthor to take a different approach against them.[3] Lex created Infinity, Inc to outshine the Outsiders and eventually supplant them and the Justice League.[1] At least some members, including Fury, were controlled by control chips.[2]

At the Royal Palace, Geo-Force and the Infinitors prepared to act on Fury's intel on Count Vertigo's whereabouts, hoping to capture the escaped Count and rescue the kidnapped Perdita Vladek.

They went to some woodland cabins where the armored attackers that freed Vertigo and took Perdita were spotted. It was a trap however, and they soon came under attack. Trajectory "found" what appeared to be Perdita and Brion took her back to Palace, but Trajectory then reported to the nearby Baazovi, who ordered the armored attackers to flee.[6]

Geo-Force debriefed the rest of the Infinitors after they returned without capturing any of Perdita's abductors. They checked in on "Perdita" to find she had disappeared. Brion ordered a search.[7]

Background information[]

  • Lex Luthor created the Everyman Project, opening the market for regular people to become heroes through genetic enhancements. He also had his own team of them, which he later renamed Infinity, Inc.—after buying the rights to that name from the estate of Sylvester Pemberton, the original Star-Spangled Kid and later Skyman. The original Infinity, Inc. was a team of children and sidekicks to the heroes of the Justice Society.
