Jerome Moore is a character designer for season one, two and four of Young Justice.
He is the co-creator of Onyx, a character for whom Greg Weisman had plans as far back as 2013.[1][2] Eight years later, Onyx finally debuted on season four, with Moore designing her look for the show.[3]
