The Star of Atlantis was on display at the store. A Lord of Chaos came and took the stone as its anchor to the mortal plane. The Chaos Lord became Child and the Star of Atlantis became Flaw. When a security guard came to investigate, Child had Flaw kill him and then had his body dissected and displayed.
Later, Zatanna and her students arrived to find the gruesome scene, shortly followed by the arrival of Klarion. They fought, with Klarion nearly killing the group, before being summoned away by Child.[1]
