After Lex Luthor discovered Genomorph City, Superboy and his allies liberated the Genomorphs from Cadmus. They were taken to a new land where they founded the second Genomorph City, known as "Geranium City" to the general public. Dubbilex became the mayor under the name of "Dabney Donovan". He used his telepathy to disguise the city to prevent the Genomorphs from being discovered.[1]
