Gog is an Old Promethean God and a part of the Source Wall.

Superboy, Forager and Black Lightning took a boom tube to find Metron and emerged inside Gog's nose. Forager recognised Gog as an Old Promethean God from stories he had heard. Metron boom tubed away almost immediately, and the group followed.[1]
