At a meta-human auction at an abandoned mall in Al-Qawiya, Holocaust was one of the lots up for auction. To showcase the merchandise, he was pitted against Tara Markov in the arena. With his impressive fire-wielding skills, he bested her, but was denied a final blow by the MC, Mister Bliss, as the young girl was still up for auction. Holocaust was also auctioned off, and sold before the Team liberated the imprisoned meta-humans.[2] He may have already been working for Onslaught and pretending to be part of the auction as part of the Light's plan to have Tara infiltrate the heroes.[3]

Holocaust worked with Onslaught to capture the meta-humans at the Meta-Human Youth Center. When the Team intervened, Kid Flash noted Holocaust's presence, calling him one of Queen Bee's thralls. Holocaust insisted he was no slave and proudly boasted that he was paid top dollar. Holocast was soon taken down when he and Icicle Jr. hit each other with friendly fire.[3]
