Kaizen Gamorra is the United Nations ambassador for Rhelasia.

History[]

2018[]

In January,[2] Gamorra was in attendance at the United Nations when it came under attack by the Joker, who was using them as a means of getting revenge on Vandal Savage for a perceived insult. The Joker's bombs were disabled by the Bat family, who also apprehended the Joker, leaving Gamorra and the other UN delegates unharmed.[3]

The UN held a meta-human summit in the General Assembly. It soon got heated, and Gamorra angrily replied to Themysciran ambassador Troia's suggestions that heroes would still be heroes if they broke regulations. He argued that that would make them nothing but vigilantes.[4]

In early November, Gamorra joined Greater Bialyan ambassador Sumaan Harjavti in calling for sanctions on the Justice League due to their lack of cooperation with local authorities in their raids on the Meta-human trafficking depots linked to Goode Goggles.[5]
