Kaizen Gamorra is the United Nations ambassador for Rhelasia.
History

The UN held a meta-human summit in the General Assembly. It soon got heated, and Gamorra angrily replied to Themysciran ambassador Troia's suggestions that heroes would still be heroes if they broke regulations. He argued that that would make them nothing but vigilantes.[1]
