Livewire is a former victim of the Branchwater meta-human trafficking ring.
Personality
Livewire considers herself the "latest model" of electric meta-humans. She also takes any chance to make a joke by making what someone said sound like an innuendo.[2]
Physical appearance
Livewire is a slim young woman with chalk-white skin, blue eyes and cyan-blue hair styled in an undercut. She wears a strapless indigo dye leotard with black edges and skintight pants with a black pattern, slightly below the waistline which leave her obliques exposed. She also dons a matching skintight cloth above and below her elbows, fingerless cycling gloves and boots.[2]
