Despite the late hours, Lynn let Jefferson in to kiss his daughters goodnight. When he told her he was quitting the super-hero life, she took the news with high skepticism.[1]

Background information
- Lynn Stewart was introduced as the ex-wife of Black Lightning, though with the later additions of Jennifer and Anissa, their divorce was retconned out.
- Creator Tony Isabella had originally given Lynn the surname Stewart planning to tie her to John Stewart at some point, but he never did and no one else did either. Nonetheless, it was a common fan theory that they are siblings.[2]
