Psimon holds Ocean-Master's Psy-Back.
A Psy-Back is a recording of an individual's memory engrams. These can be psychically transferred into a new body. The Light maintains a number of them.

A Psy-Back takes the form of a brain inside a black box with several windows.[1]
History[]
Ocean-Master recorded a Psy-Back shortly before his incarceration. Years later, Psimon transferred these memories into both a clone of Orm himself and a clone of Arion.[1]
When the Earth was threatened by Child, Savage included Psy-Backs among the items to be evacuated to the Warworld for safekeeping.[2] When the crisis was over, Savage had Psimon examine the Psy-Backs to confirm their integrity.[3]
