A Reach-tech Egg.

The Reach-tech Eggs are hardware devices created by Blue Beetle to hold Lex Luthor's anti-Reach software. They were used to stop the Magnetic Field Disruptors scattered across the Earth by the Reach.

In front of a large assembly of Earth's heroes, Blue Beetle created the eggs, which Lex Luthor then laced with a virus by connecting it to a flash drive. The virus was devised by LexCorp to disable Reach technology, as part of the Light's plan to betray the Reach. Lex briefed the heroes that the Magnetic Field Disruptors—doomsday devices planted by a vengeful Black Beetle—would be deactivated by simply touching the egg to the device.[1]
