Stagg Industries is a large corporation owned by Simon Stagg. Through a series of shell companies (Twelve Point Unlimited, Antler Bay Media and Lakewood Protection Agency), it owns Branchwater Security, through which it ran a meta-human trafficking ring.[1]
Branchwater Security[]

Branchwater Security was one of Stagg Industries' shell companies, which ran a meta-human trafficking ring operated by Simon Stagg himself to be used for corporate espionage or warfare.[1]
Operations[]
Branchwater would capture existing meta-human criminals from prisons and transports and take them to a lab where they would be injected with nano-tech that allows them to be controlled through a voice operated control device against their own will. The criminals would be used to commit covert operations for Stagg. Stagg had his team steal a Reach device to initiate a meta failsafe in case someone used metas against him. On September 26, 2018, Stagg was arrested for receiving stolen property, effectively ending the Branchwater trafficking operation.[1]
