Why not? Parasite and Amazo are listed and they don't truly have the power. They have used it through their own powers. Is that why Superboy doesn't qualify? Because he used equipment rather than his own natural powers? Banan14kab 23:39, January 23, 2013 (UTC)

It's essentially a one-use thing though, not something he readily has access to in the case of most equipment flight users. Just as magic energy blasts, flight, portals etc aren't listed for Wally. Regulus₂₂ 06:40, January 28, 2013 (UTC)
