The Orphanage is Granny Goodness's satellite headquarters, from which she runs the acquisition and redistribution of test subjects with the Meta-Gene.

At some point, Granny Goodness and Desaad began construction on a device on the Orphanage capable of projecting the Ghost Dimension into normal space for Darkseid.[2][3]
