The inside of the Vault flaunts a stash of weapons and a Zeta-Tube.
The Vault is a weapons cache maintained by Green Arrow in Star City.
History[]
Early history[]
The Vault was one of several equipment caches set up by Green Arrow[1] by 2007.[2]
2016[]
The Vault was the only cache from Speedy's time to still be in use.[1]

A newly free Roy Harper went to the Vault to gear up to take revenge on Lex Luthor for freezing him for years. Green Arrow and Red Arrow arrived too late to stop him, and Roy detonated a grenade in the Zeta-Tube to prevent them from following him.[1]
2016-2020[]
The Vault was remodeled somewhat following the explosion. The computer system was also upgraded, and changed from using Green Arrow's voice to the standard Justice League computer system.[3]
2020[]

Tigress interrogated two potential defectors from the League of Shadows, Cassandra Savage and Onyx, in the temporary holding cells. She then discussed their fates with Red Arrow, Terra and members of the Team, before ultimately concluding that she had to give both a chance.[3]
|
Looker telepathically interrogated the alleged defectors for Tigress, but was unable to reach a definitive conclusion.
Later, Tigress relieved Spoiler of her guard shift. However, Orphan refused to leave. Tigress let in Cheshire, who interrogated the alleged defectors. They then came under attack by Black Spider and Rictus, who were let in by Shade.[4] During the battle, Savage was able to access the computer system with her infiltrators and steal Justice League intel unnoticed.[5] Lady Shiva arrived and captured Orphan, demanding Tigress bring Savage to Santa Prisca if she wanted Orphan back, before having Shade take her, Orphan, Spider and Rictus away. After some discussion of their options and Orphan's connection to Shiva, Tigress decides to go to Santa Prisca, intending to bring back both Orphan and Savage.[4]

Halo reported for her guard shift, only to find the Vault empty and covered in black Spider's webbing.[4]
