I don't know if anyone has covered this already, but I thought I'd at least give the heads up on the UK release of the Volume 2 trade paperback of the comic set to be released November 20 according to Amazon UK. Additionally issues #1-4 will have individual releases in August, but I didn't see one for #0, #5 or #6.
