2015[]
The Light took over a small mining community to search for a statue fragment. As the town was isolated, they had free reign and LexCorp and the League of Shadows moved in personnel and heavy equipment. The operation was overseen by Killer Frost and Icicle Jr..[1]

Following up from an earlier mission to Olympia, Superboy and Alpha Squad investigated the mining town. They noted the presence of the Light's operatives and found their communication jammed. After crossing a river, they disabled communication jammers and rescued townsfolk from cryogenic experiments. Killer Frost was defeated.
At the main drill site, Icicle Jr. and Sportsmaster retreived the statue fragment. Alpha Squad stopped them, but the drilling caused an avalanche. With Superman's help, they diverted the snow slide and saved the village below.[1]
2018[]
At some point, the Russian government established a base in Verhoyansk for the Rocket Red Brigade at Ploshchad 52.[2]

As Dmitri Pushkin was to be bonded with his armor, the Rocket Red base was infiltrated by the Team. After learning nothing illegal was happening, they went to leave, but encountered a squad of Task Force X, sent to steal from and destroy the base. Task Force X was defeated and captured by the Team and the Rocket Reds. Ultimately, the Reds agreed to let the Team go with the captives.[2]
