Vlatavastok.
Vlatava is an Eastern European country ruled by Queen Perdita. Count Vertigo was originally next in line for the throne,[1] but was removed from succession following his attempts to kill Perdita.[2] It is a constitutional monarchy,[3] but with a stronger crown than most modern monarchies.[4] It is a member of the United Nations.[5] Vlatava's capital is Vlatavastok,[6] and it shares a border with Markovia.[7]

Beta Squad (Batgirl, Bumblebee and Wolf) went to Vlatavastok to capture the Kroloteans who were hiding there, but their targets got away.[10]
2020[]
Vlatava faced a refugee crisis as many Markovians fled their country due to panic over the pro-meta-human policies enacted by Markovia's King Brion Markov.[7]
|
After five patients were admitted to Royal Memorial Hospital with unexplained comas, Nightwing and his squad went to the hospital undercover as a United Nations commission. They found all five worked at a mining camp near Krastmala.[11]
|
Nightwing's squad infiltrated the mining camp. They found the underground river and began analysing the area when they were attacked by armored units like those that abducted Perdita Vladek. Orphan discovered the attackers were really robots, which turned out to be LexCorp tech. The squad took down all the robots.[11]
